Job Title: Officer – Industrial Engineering
Location : GIA Apparels, Jordan
Key Responsibilities
Support line loading, data collection, and SMV verification.
Assist with line balancing, operator allocation, and layout preparation.
Conduct basic capacity studies and report bottlenecks.
Support method improvements and daily efficiency tracking.
Maintain operator skill records and provide data for incentive systems.
Assist in training new operators and maintaining standard workplace practices.
Prepare daily IE reports and assist with MIS data.
Perform tasks assigned by senior IE staff.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Industrial/Textile Engineering or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in IE or garment manufacturing.
Basic knowledge of IE concepts and production processes.
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
