Officer - Import

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Officer – Import to manage and coordinate import operations, ensure compliance with customs regulations, and support smooth international logistics activities. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of import documentation, customs procedures, and coordination with suppliers, freight forwarders, and authorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end import operations, including documentation and shipment tracking
• Prepare and review import documents such as invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, and certificates
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and clearing agents
• Ensure compliance with customs laws, import regulations, and company policies
• Monitor shipment schedules and resolve delays or discrepancies
• Calculate duties, taxes, and other import-related costs
