Job Description

  1. Daily Operations Management

  2. Oversees the day-to-day operations of the department or area assigned.

  3. Ensures all tasks and activities are carried out smoothly and on schedule.

  4. Monitors performance and provides direction to staff.

  5. Leadership and Supervision

  6. Acts as the temporary lead or department head when the manager is absent.

  7. Supervises staff and ensures company policies and procedures are followed.

  8. Provides instructions, feedback, and guidance to team members.

  9. Reporting and Documentation

  10. Prepares daily, weekly, or monthly reports required by management.

  11. Monitors and records progress, issues, and accomplishments.

  12. Ensures timely submission of all documents and performance reports.

  13. Problem Solving and Decision Making

  14. Handles minor issues and concerns within the department.
