Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Healthcare Management, or any related field
- With at least 1–2 years of supervisory or officer-in-charge experience, preferably in an aesthetic clinic, wellness, healthcare, or service-oriented environment
- Strong leadership and people-management skills with the ability to supervise daily clinic operations
- Knowledgeable in basic administrative tasks, scheduling, inventory monitoring, and report preparation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills; able to handle client concerns professionally
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Trustworthy, accountable, and able to make sound decisions in the absence of higher management
- Proficient in MS Office and basic clinic or POS systems
- Willing to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays if needed
