Job Description

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Healthcare Management, or any related field
  2. With at least 1–2 years of supervisory or officer-in-charge experience, preferably in an aesthetic clinic, wellness, healthcare, or service-oriented environment
  3. Strong leadership and people-management skills with the ability to supervise daily clinic operations
  4. Knowledgeable in basic administrative tasks, scheduling, inventory monitoring, and report preparation
  5. Excellent customer service and communication skills; able to handle client concerns professionally
  6. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
  7. Trustworthy, accountable, and able to make sound decisions in the absence of higher management
  8. Proficient in Google Workspace and basic clinic or POS systems
