Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• With proven supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage staff, schedules, and daily operations
• Can handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally
• Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced amusement environment
• Can provide medical and government requirements
