Soul Good Cafe is looking for a dedicated and hands-on Officer In-Charge (OIC) to oversee daily store operations and lead our team in delivering excellent customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Supervise and support baristas and staff on duty
• Ensure quality service and product standards are maintained
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
• Prepare daily sales reports and coordinate with management
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with store policies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred)
• With experience in a supervisory or leadership role (café/restaurant is an advantage)
