Intermediaries Contact Center aims to provide universal life administration support to agency force, including Underwriting, Policy Administration and Claims.Job Responsibilities
Address agency enquiries of life administration, via written correspondence, verbal conversations, and face-to-face sessions
Offer real case consultations, communications with operation and agency, case ownership and management until resolution
