Preparation of rubber molds
Demolding of rubber products
Handling hydraulic systems
Identifying and troubleshooting rubber defects
Metal bonding processes
Required Skills:
Basic knowledge of rubber mold preparation
Basic knowledge of rubber demolding
Basic knowledge of hydraulics
Knowledge of rubber defects and troubleshooting
Knowledge of metal bonding
Metrics:
Efficiency in mold preparation and demolding
Accuracy in identifying and resolving defects
Proficiency in handling hydraulic systems
Safety:
