Role Purpose
Prepare, coordinate and ensure updated documents and EFB (Electronic Flight Bag) are available for safe, legal and efficient flight operations.

Key Accountability

• Prepare and distribute manuals and update of EFB to aircraft, crew and stations in timely manner to ensure updated information available.
• Ensure quality document produce incompliance to the industry and company standard.
• Ensure operations and regulatory documents are compile for operation reference.
• Ensure tracking and monitoring of manuals, post flight data are updated for audit purposes.
• Ensure procurement process are prepared according to company policies.

Qualifications & Working Experience

• SPM with 0-2 years of working experience.
• Diploma in any fields with 0-1 years of working experience.
