OFFICER - OPERATION (KARAWANG)

Requirements

· Bachelor Degree in Architecture/ Civil Engineering.

· Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

· Have a good project management and communication skills.

· Excellent drawing skill and familiar with design software (Autodesk AutoCAD Architecture 2D/3D, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, Vray for renderings, or identic software).

· Great knowledge of building products, construction details and common rules, regulations and quality standards.

· Fluent in English.

Job Descriptions

· Ensuring all activities in the Operations Department runs well according to the established standards

· Controlling every fit-out work from the beginning to the opening of each rental unit.

· Control the overall facility process and improvementprocess for both building facilities
