Officer Payroll

Description

• Perform daily payroll department operations
• Calculation and control of salaries
• Follow-up of relations with Institutions (e.g. Social security, tax office)
• Analyzing and reporting of statistics
• Follow-up on supplementary pension schemes
• Calculation and estimation of the evolution of personnel costs

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION

• 3-5 years experience in a similar position (payroll domain)
• University degree in Accounting, Finance or any other related field
• Autonomy, flexibility, rigorous and analyzing spirit
• Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Good knowledge of SAP (HR, Payroll, Time management)
• Fluency in written and spoken English; French and German would be considered as an advantage
