Your Impact

In this role, the individual will:

Administer People Services data to the required standard of accuracy and timeliness

As part of our team you will

• Provide people with transactional services
• Monitor accurate and up-to-date employee records to ensure data integrity
• Support the onboarding of new employees to complete documentation and transactions
• Solve customer queries and escalate if appropriate
• Execute changes to processes and standards as required

Prerequisites for your success in this role

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Foundational knowledge of SAP HR systems, specifically SuccessFactors and Fieldglass.
