Officer, Phone Collector(Recovery), Risk Management Group-(WD76579)

Business Function

Risk Management Group works closely with our business partners to manage the bank’s risk exposure by balancing its objective to maximise returns against an acceptable risk profile. We partner with origination teams to provide financing, investments and hedging opportunities to our customers. To manage risk effectively and run a successful business, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities

  • 逾期案件催收及管理
  • 完成主管指派任務完成
  • Daily responsible for collecting delinquent accounts to maintain stable productivity and coverage.
  • Daily responsible for delinquency and kick off deep dive analysis and mitigation actions accordingly.
  • Segment portfolio by customer’s payment possibility through reviewing the customer profile and build up different treatment flow accordingly (e.g. offering restructure program, skip tracing...etc...
