Officer - Pricing and Tender

About the Role

The Officer – Pricing & Tender plays a key role in the commercial pursuit process. The position is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and validating pricing for Contract Logistics, Freight, and Value-Added Services. It requires close collaboration with Operations, Finance, and Business Development teams to ensure that every proposal submitted is both feasible and compelling. This role operates in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, often handling multiple tenders simultaneously, where speed and accuracy are critical to winning business.

Key Accountabilities

• Prepare and submit pricing proposals within agreed deadlines.
• Build and maintain competitive pricing models for warehousing, distribution, freight, customs clearance, trucking / barging, inland logistics terminal and value-added services.
• Ensure all pricing proposals meet profitability guidelines and margin targets.
