Assist in product development process to ensure timely delivery of new and/or revamped products, including but not limited to research on emerging customer needs and market trend, assist in preparing product specification, provision, sales illustration & product manual and performing UAT.
Prepare on-going product performance tracking and assist in automation of data extraction to facilitate timely post-product launch analysis.
