Job Summary
Provides support to Executive Recruitment including recruitment and documentation/administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Effectively manage the screening and selection process to maintain a high-quality pool of seafarers available for crewing assignments.
Conduct initial phone interviews to assess applicant suitability, acting as the key first point of contact in the recruitment process.
Regularly update and maintain accuracy of applicant profiles and statuses within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity for reporting and decision-making.
Monitor crew availability and promptly update systems to reflect changes, supporting effective crew deployment planning.
Administer required tests and learning modules such as CES and PILI, ensuring candidates meet necessary certification and competency standards.
