Job Description

Provide support to the Recruitment Consultant in filling the open positions and manage the mobilization process across the Ventures business of Al Ghurair. Prepare and roll out effective mobilization plans of the candidates to assist the business units in the earliest deployments.

Strategic

• Review of open vacancies with the Recruitment Consultant and support in the development of Recruitment and Mobilization plan.
• Cross verification of the offer letters with the opened Recruitment Requisition Forms (RRF) ensuring all offer letters going out are valid and timely issued.
• Prepare and Launch the optimal mobilization / arrivals plan for the in-country recruited candidates and overseas recruited candidates in line with the in-house job training and deployment needs.
