Officer SCT Inside Sales Support Your Responsibilities

About the role
We are seeking Officer Sales Support to join our team in Khlong Toei, Bangkok. This position focuses on opportunity creation and quotation creation to support our international sales teams. You will play a key role in processing sales data by converting quotations into system opportunities (Spot, Tender), ensuring data accuracy, and assisting with account maintenance in the system.

What you'll be doing

  • Supporting the Sales to process by creating opportunity (Spot, Tender, Rate sheet) in Salesforce based on quotation provided. (Sea, Air, LCL & FCL)
  • Create and manage quotations following country-specific standards.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of sales data in Salesforce.
  • Communication with Leschaco Sales via email & video call if necessary.
  • Manage various web-services, including Salesforce CRM, , Google, others...
