Officer SCT Salesforce Support Your Responsibilities

About the role
We are seeking Officer Salesforce Support to join
our team in Khlong Toei, Bangkok. This position focuses on Salesforce
Administration and Data Maintenance to support our global logistics
operations. You will play a key role in the onboarding of new sales users,
managing lead qualification data, and handling system-related administrative
tasks to ensure accurate and efficient sales workflows.


What you'll be doing

  • Supporting the global sales process by qualifying leads with data from the internet
  • Supporting the global sales onboarding process by creating new users in Salesforce
  • Basic Salesforce user administration
  • Salesforce Product Mass-Uploads
  • Data maintenance (Salesforce CRM + ABS)
