Job Summary:
This role is responsible for managing container damage cases by coordinating investigations with SSC and HO, arranging joint surveys and cross–stuffing when required, liaising with terminals and port authorities for reworking approval, and overseeing temporary or full repairs. The role also handles documentation such as Memo BL, NMC certificates, ESSR submissions, and ZB declarations, while ensuring timely communication with POL/POD, consignees, and surveyors to support recovery of costs and smooth operational handling.

Job Responsibilities :

• Notify SSC and HO to initiate investigations into damage causes and determine liable parties.
• Arrange cross-stuffing and joint surveys when required, based on confirmation from POL, POD, or SSC.
• Submit applications to the port authority for approval of reworking activities.
• Coordinate temporary repairs for minor damages to ensure continuity of operations.
