Role Objective

The Monitoring Officer is responsible for the continuous surveillance, maintenance, and oversight of security systems to ensure the safety and security of all bank branches and assets. This role involves proactive monitoring, incident response coordination, and meticulous record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities
1. Surveillance & Technical Operations

• System Operation:
  Operate and maintain surveillance equipment.
• Live & Recorded Review:
  Actively monitor live feeds and review recorded footage to detect and report suspicious activity or security incidents.
• Equipment Maintenance:
  Regularly verify the functionality of cameras and NVRs; coordinate with BAS/CCTV vendors for repairs, technician visits, or Quick Response Force (QRF) dispatch.
• Back-Office Oversight:
  Ensure back-office cameras are strategically positioned and recording in compliance with JSBL Security & Safety SOPs.
