Officer - Talent Acquisition & Nationalization (UAE National Only)

To execute and administer organization-wide recruitment plans, selection, and hiring cycle in order to staff GCAA positions with competent people through sourcing and internal movement

• Update the manpower plan and the vacancy list is kept up to date for tracking and monitoring.

• Identify and engage with the most appropriate sources of obtaining the right profiles for the roles identified for different departments
• Screen, interview, and select right fits for selection process
• Administer assessment tools to ensure proper selection

• Undertake work to ensure employees’ visas and contractual formalities are completed in time for selected candidates.
• Act as a single point of contact with the selected candidates in completing the joining formalities.
