Job Description
The role supports the counter-service at an in-person client service centre, focuses on providing knowledgeable advice and quality service complying to company's regulatory and service standards, and enhancing the overall client journey.
Support the walk-in counter service by providing professional, efficient, and client-centric service experience to customers and insurance agents
Handle enquiries related to insurance and financial service products & operation processwith a client-centric mindset, addressing enquiries with accurate & clarity advice.
Ensure adherence to the company service standard to provide a consistent and positive client experience 
Ideal Candidates
Client-centric mind-set with strong client servicing & interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Chinese
Experiences in providing professional client services at face-to-face setting
