OFFLINE ACTIVATION SUPPORT INTERN

Role Purpose

Support the execution of offline sales and trade activations by handling coordination, documentation, and reporting tasks. This role ensures field and operations leads can focus on hitting targets and delivering strong program results.

Key Responsibilities

• Support coordination of offline / on ground programs

• Prepare and maintain trackers, schedules, and execution checklists

• Collect, organize, and validate proof of execution including photos, attendance sheets, and reports

• Follow up with agencies, field agents, and internal teams to ensure complete requirements

• Consolidate post-activation summaries, performance reports, and documentation

• Assist in monitoring store conversions, compliance, and basic GMV-related tracking
