Offshore Drilling Supervisor

Job Description

• Manage, plan and coordinate work according to approved programmes and procedures (Company procedures, best practices and local regulations such as Norsok & OLF)
• Verify that activities safeguard the health, safety and integrity of all personnel
• Ensure drilling and completion operations are carried out safely, in accordance with good oilfield practice, Company standards and HSEQ procedures
• Initiate process for MOV / Deviation when required
• Report all accidents or potential hazard situations
• Supervise and monitor work performed by rig and service personnel during day and night shifts
• Ensure sufficient supervision during all critical operations
• Chair daily meetings among rig and service company senior personnel
• Prepare and issue detailed drilling instructions to senior rig and service company personnel
