Offshore HSE Engineering Lead – Projects

Penspen is urgently looking to hire a Senior HSE Engineer (Project – Offshore) for one of our Offshore PMC projects in Abu Dhabi. This role involves leading and managing Health, Safety, and Environment aspects of offshore projects while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and international standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Safety, or Environmental Sciences, and a minimum of 15+ years of experience, with strong knowledge of offshore safety regulations and emergency response. Certifications such as NEBOSH and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor are preferred.
