Job Description

RINA is recruiting Offshore Inspectors and HSE professionals to support the upcoming VMSOS offshore campaigns in Argentina. 
Campaign 1 – Mooring System Installation (April–May 2026)
Contractor: DOF (Skandi Skansen AHTS)
Duration: 5–6 weeks
Personnel Required:
2 Offshore Mooring Inspectors (day/night)

2 HSE Reps (day/night)
Campaign 2 – Pipeline Installation + Fiber Optic Cable (June–August 2026)
Contractor: Arendal / Micopeni (Seminole shallow-water pipelay barge)
Duration: 7–8 weeks
Personnel Required:
2 Certified Welding Inspectors (day/night)

2 NDT Inspectors (Level II minimum) (day/night)

2 HSE Reps (day/night)
Campaign 3 – PLEM & Monobuoy Installation (August–October 2026)
Contractor: DOF (Skandi Hera AHTS & Skandi Patagonia DSV)
Duration: 12–13 weeks
