Offshore Medical Scribe – Physiatry

We are a pain management group specializing in physiatry services across skilled nursing facilities. Our providers manage a high-volume clinical workload and rely on efficient, accurate documentation processes to support patient care. We are currently seeking experienced offshore medical scribes to assist with our centralized documentation workflow.

Work Scope & Responsibilities:

• Manually abstract PT/OT/ST therapy information from PointClickCare
• Accurately enter therapy data into the corresponding patient charts in DrChrono
• Ensure timely, complete, and accurate documentation
• Follow a centralized workflow (scribes are not assigned to individual providers)
• Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
