Job Description

                    Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Basel Regulatory Capital and Risk Management. 
 Conduct requirement workshops with Risk, Finance, Regulatory Reporting, and Compliance teams. 
 Perform gap analysis between regulatory requirements and OFSAA product capabilities. 
 Configure and support OFSAA Basel modules and regulatory reporting solutions. 
 Translate business requirements into Functional Specification Documents (FSD), BRD, and FRD. 
 Support Basel computations including: 
 Credit Risk 
 Market Risk 
 Operational Risk 
 Capital Adequacy 
 Risk Weighted Assets (RWA) 
 
 Ensure compliance with Basel II, Basel III, Basel IV, and local regulatory guidelines. 
 Work closely with technical teams on: 
 Data sourcing and mapping 
 Data lineage and reconciliation 
 Rule configuration and validation
