Job Description
This manager-level position is responsible for a segment within a given practice focused on a specific industry, service line, technology center, specialty area or region. Responsible for managing the three main pillars of a practice: people management, portfolio/delivery management and sales enablement. Has profit and loss responsibility or financial/expense management of practice.
To identify, foster and define Oracle Banking solutions for specific customer business requirements.
Understand the customer's business and IT strategic requirements and identify transformational opportunities to assist the customer achieve its strategic goals.
Manage customers' experience in migrating from existing platform to a new platform.
Build customer loyalty through achieving a trusted advisor relationship.
Gather and assess customer needs, both business and technical and translate into Oracle solutions/business.
