Medical Surveillance and Employee Health Monitoring

• Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and exit medical examinations to assess employee fitness for hazardous work.

• Monitor and manage cases of occupational illnesses such as respiratory conditions, noise-induced hearing loss, musculoskeletal disorders, and chemical exposure effects.

• Maintain and secure medical records for compliance with DOLE and DOH regulations.

• Conduct workplace health risk assessments and recommend control measures for hazardous exposures.

Emergency Response and First Aid Administration

• Provide immediate medical treatment for workplace injuries, chemical burns, toxic exposures, and other emergencies.

• Assist in the management of serious incidents, including coordinating ambulance transport and referrals to hospitals.
