JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Medical Care & Diagnosis

• Diagnose and treat occupational diseases, work-related illnesses, and employee injuries.

• Conduct fitness-for-work medical examinations to ensure employees are fit for duty.

• Perform timely medical interventions, including physical exams, patient assessments, and medication administration.

Clinic Operations & Oversight

• Manage daily clinic operations to deliver essential healthcare services for employees and visitors.

• Provide guidance, supervision, and direction to Company Nurses in the execution of their responsibilities.

Employee Health Management

• Evaluate employees on sick leave or medical-related absences, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
