Our client, a global law firm, has an exceptional opportunity for a senior transactional oil & gas lawyer to join their top tier Abu Dhabi based team. You will be working with two Chambers rated partners advising the oil & gas, energy and resources sector.
You will be involved in a broad range of corporate energy atters including advising on M&A, disposals, private equity investment and joint ventures.
Your clients will include governments and oil & gas companies.
The right candidate for this opportunity will have at least 5 years experience working at an international law firm as a projects or oil & gas/energy lawyer. You will be keen to develop a long term career in the Middle East and have excellent academics.
