Oil Mill Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Oil Mill Supervisor to oversee daily mill operations, supervise manpower, monitor machinery performance, ensure compliance with production quality standards, and achieve the set production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily oil mill operations
• Monitor production output and efficiency
• Ensure proper operation of machinery and equipment
• Maintain production and standards
• Ensure that safety rules which complie to DOSH and DOE
• Coordinate maintenance and report breakdowns
• Prepare daily production reports
• Train and supervise mill workers

Job Requirements:

• 10 years' Experience in Palm oil mill operations
• Knowledge of mill machinery and safety procedures
• Ability to lead and manage workers
• Willing to work shifts and independently
