Oil Operator | Singapore What You'll Do Handle post-trade operations for physical crude and product cargoes Review contracts, nominate vessels, and coordinate lifting schedules Monitor loading/discharge and resolve operational issues in real time Prepare shipping documents, manage demurrage, and coordinate settlements Ensure compliance with internal controls and sanctions requirements
What We're Looking For 3–5 years in crude oil or oil trading operations Strong grasp of physical oil contracts, Incoterms, and shipping terms Familiarity with Asia-Pacific crude markets and FOB/CIF/DES cargoes Exposure to refined products (gasoil, gasoline) is a plus Detail-oriented, risk-aware, and comfortable in a fast-moving desk environment
