Job Purpose:
To provide technical and strategic advisory services related to oil refining operations, downstream infrastructure development, petroleum product supply chains, and market regulation. The role aims to enhance the efficiency, competitiveness, and investment attractiveness of Pakistan's downstream oil sector, while supporting evidence-based policymaking, sector modernization, and improved national energy security.
