OJT Intern

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

• The HR OJT Intern will assist the Human Resouces team with daily operations and administrative tasks. This internship provides students with hands-on experience in various HR functions and supports their learning and development in a professional environment.
• Assist in filing and organizing employee records
• Help in scheduling interviews and sending out invitations
• Support the onboarding process for new hires
• Encode date into HR systems and maintain accurate records
• Assist in HR events and activities
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Currently enrolled in a college program preferably, Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field
• Willing to report onsite (Makati Area)
• Has good communication and organizational skills
• Can handle confidential information with professionalism
