OJT Technician

• Assist in the installation, testing, and maintenance of machines, equipment, or technical systems
• Follow instructions and guidance from the assigned technician or engineer
• Support basic troubleshooting and identification of technical issues
• Observe and learn standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols
• Prepare, organize, and maintain tools, materials, and work areas
• Perform basic documentation or reporting of tasks when required
• Comply with company rules, safety policies, and work ethics
• Immediately report any equipment issues, hazards, or abnormal conditions
