Overview

Would you like to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced team making a meaningful difference in the lives of older people in Crawley? As a valued member of our Sheltered Housing team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality housing support services that empower our residents to live as independently as possible. This is a part-time job share role, offering you the opportunity to work collaboratively with a colleague (your job sharer) to deliver a consistent, high-quality sheltered housing service. The specific working hours we are looking to fill are detailed in the additional information section below. Your responsibilities will include conducting welfare checks, monitoring care packages, responding to emergency calls, and fostering a sense of community across ten sheltered schemes in and around Crawley.
