Job Description

What you will do
Apply personnel and process safety principles in manufacturing facilities across the globe
Using fundamental chemical engineering principles, work with others to provide design knowledge for steam crackers
As required, participate in troubleshooting and development teams with other professionals to address complex technical issues
Apply fundamentals to assist sites in advanced troubleshooting and deployment of new technologies
Apply risk management for new designs, projects, and technologies
Train/mentor less experienced engineers in relevant skills
Assist operating sites with unit start-up, troubleshooting and performance evaluations
Proactively engage with various global interfaces in ExxonMobil to identify opportunities and propose innovative solutions to drive business value 
Interface with key 3rd party vendors and suppliers
