Job Description

What you will do
Provides technical leadership to teams supporting global fleet steam cracking furnaces and support their development of discipline expertise

Apply personnel and process safety principles in manufacturing facilities across the globe

Using fundamental mechanical engineering principles, work with others to provide mechanical engineering design knowledge for global steam cracking furnace projects and technology

As required, participate in troubleshooting and development teams with other professionals to address complex technical issues

Train/mentor less experienced mechanical engineers in relevant skillsets

Assist operating sites with unit start-up, mechanical troubleshooting and performance evaluations

Drive operational improvements through technical contribution and innovation
