O&M Business Developer

Overview

A Renewable Energy Company situated in Rosebank/Johannesburg that specialises in developing, owning, and managing renewable energy assets.

We are looking for a pure hunter to grow our solar O&M (Operations and Maintenance) portfolio. Your job is to open doors, start the right conversations, and close O&M contracts. You will be the first person in the room. That means you must understand how solar plants actually work and be able to talk confidently about performance, failures, and operational risk. You will have the backing of an experienced engineering team should any in-depth questions need answering.

What you will do

• Proactively identify, qualify, and pursue new O&M opportunities.
• Cold approach, warm introductions, and network-driven deal origination.
• Engage asset owners, EPCs, and consulting engineers in technical O&M conversations.
• Review O&M costing inputs and draft proposals for clients.
