Job Description

We are seeking a proactive WHSE engineer with a strong electrical engineering background and hand on experiences in O&M of Solar and Wind assets. The Safety Engineer will be responsible for ensuring WHSE compliances, mitigation risks in live operational environment and risk management for O&M activities in high voltage system, turbine maintenance, and solar array area. The Safety Engineer will play a key role in maintaining compliance, conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and fostering a strong safety culture at the project site. 
Roles & Responsibilities  
Develop and enforce site-specific safety protocols for O&M tasks, including blade repairs, inverter maintenance, crane lifts, and confined space entry in operational wind/solar assets. 
Conduct daily safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits on solar PV farms, wind turbines, substations, and O&M activities, focusing on electrical hazards like arc flash, live-line work, and HV ...
