O&M Technician

The O&M Technician is primarily responsible for plant operations and maintenance. The individual requires to carry out preventive, corrective and other maintenance ensuring the highest standards is adhered to. In addition, the individual performs plant operations activities such as performance monitoring, data analysis, power control, grid compliance and invoice preparation. The individual support testing and commissioning and quality checks for project under installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct periodic inspections and preventive maintenance activities for rooftop solar power systems in accordance with the maintenance plan of assigned projects.
• Ensure corrective maintenance is done effectively and swiftly.
• Monitoring operation status and system parameters of operating projects; Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions technical faults within short response time.
