**Job Description Summary**: This high visibility role will assist the Electrification Global Ombuds Leader for the business.
The role will be based in Grid Solutions and report to the Global Ombuds Leader for GE Vernova Electrification business.
This role will partner, as needed, with other Compliance professionals in the Electrification businesses and the broader GE Vernova Ombuds and Investigations team to identify and address compliance risks, trends and issues needed to continuously strengthen GE Vernova's compliance program and integrity culture.
This role will work closely with our part-time Ombuds Network.
**Essential Responsibilities**
- Provide regular updates on each of the cases and work to meet monthly KPIs.
- Ensure prompt escalation of significant Open Reporting concerns to the Electrification Global Ombuds Leader.
