Job Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and financial education to meet lending, servicing, transactional banking and insurance sales targets through marketing and selling Old Mutual products.
• Achieve monthly sales targets for lending, transactional banking and insurance.
• Service existing Old Mutual policies, including claims facilitation and customer complaint resolution to meet Net Promoter Score (NPS) requirements.
• Review loan application documentation for accuracy, authenticity and compliance with policy and procedures, and ensure completeness.
• Accurately capture all client information on Summit as per loan application and supporting documentation.
• Suspend or reject loan applications that require re‑quotation and report suspicious or fraudulent documents to the Branch Manager.
