In this role, you will drive sales and transaction growth across all digital and on‑premise channels, including the KFC App, kiosks, drive‑thru, in‑restaurant, and third‑party delivery platforms. You will ensure a seamless, consistent, and high‑quality omni‑channel experience by optimizing channel availability, maximizing uptime, and strengthening commercial performance. You will collaborate with Operations, Marketing, BI, IT, and external partners to grow channel adoption, enhance customer journeys, and improve conversion across all guest touchpoints.
