Omnichannel Coordinator

Position

The Omnichannel Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the growth and excellence of Dior’s Omnichannel services across the Americas. This position combines reporting & analysis, project coordination, and operational support to ensure a seamless client journey across all touchpoints.


Working closely with boutiques, regional teams, supply chain, Client Service Center, IT, and Central teams in Paris, the Coordinator will monitor performance, coordinate rollouts, and ensure the successful execution of Dior’s Omnichannel strategy.

Omnichannel Reports & Analytics

  • Build, maintain, and distribute Omnichannel performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for boutiques, regions, and corporate teams.

  • Monitor and analyze KPIs including revenue, penetration, rejection rate, AOV, and fulfillment efficiency.
