Role Overview:

The OAP Head will lead the creative and strategic direction of on-air promotions for the Bangla channel/network at Sony Pictures Networks. The role involves conceptualizing impactful promo campaigns, driving audience engagement, ensuring strong channel branding, and collaborating closely with programming, marketing, creative, and scheduling teams to maximize viewership and tune-ins.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the overall OAP strategy for fiction, non-fiction, movies, specials, and network campaigns.
Conceptualize and supervise high-impact promo campaigns aligned with channel objectives.
Drive channel positioning, brand tonality, and viewer engagement through innovative storytelling.
